Back in 2016, I found myself in a very difficult place.
Everything looked great on the outside, but deep down I was suffering. I was in a stressful job I didn’t enjoy, in a relationship with no future and absolutely lost in life. I feel tired, drained and unfulfilled most of the time, trapped in a cycle of endless struggle with no end in sight.
I didn’t know myself, my emotions, my needs, my true desires and had no clue on what my purpose was. I didn’t have my own definition of success and happiness, so I borrowed the definitions that my context could offer.
But then, one day, I discovered meditation.
I meditated for 20 minutes and immediately felt home. It was like finding an oasis in the middle of the desert, offering me the sense of calmness and inner peace that I had long yearned for.
Thanks to meditation, I learned to anchor myself in the present moment, to know myself in a profound way and to deal with stress in a much healthier way. It became my anchor in the middle of the ocean. No matter how crazy life gets, I know I can always come back to my center. And that knowing brings so much peace.
I have been meditating and training myself in meditation for 8 years now. Meditation absolutely transformed my inner landscape, my life and the lives of all of my clients.
